Rates

• 10-minute Consultation Calls are FREE
• 45-minute Psychotherapy Sessions are $155 per session.
• 60-minute Psychotherapy Sessions are $200 per session.

I accept check or credit card payment. If you have a Health Saving Account Debit card, that will work, too.

Insurance

I am a provider for ComPsych, CuraLinc, and Mutual of Omaha Employee Assistance Programs. Check with your employer to see if Employee Assistance is a benefit available to you.

I do not accept any health insurance.

If you have health insurance and wish to use it, I am an out-of-network provider. You are responsible for paying my fee and I will provide you with a receipt for services for you to submit to your insurance provider.

You may want to check with your insurance provider for the details of your coverage. Ask the following questions:

• • Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health?
  • What is my out-of-pocket payment before my deductible is met?
  • How many visits are covered per calendar year?

A note about insurance: The benefit of not using your insurance is that a mental health diagnosis will not have to be added to your permanent health records. Your psychotherapy treatment is fully and completely confidential, with no restrictions from your insurance company.

Scheduling

Typically, I meet with clients on a weekly basis, though due to scheduling needs and other factors, this may vary. Expecting weekly sessions is a good start, but we can discuss what works best for you.

Cancellations

I require 24 hours’ notice for canceling an appointment. If less than 24 hours is given, you will be responsible for paying your session fee.
