What I Help With

Young Adult & Teen Counseling

Reasons it’s hard to be a teen or young adult:

  • Drama with friends
  • Keeping up with school feels impossible
  • Parents stress you out
  • Pressure of what the future holds
  • Worry about what everyone else thinks
  • Hating yourself, your parents, and/or your life
  • Your moods are all over the place

Life for most teens and young adults is a real challenge to navigate. It’s like a minefield and finding your way through it can seem to be downright dangerous at times. Your feelings are often chaotic, it’s challenging getting along with others (friends, siblings, parents, teachers, people), and not knowing what the future holds is probably very overwhelming.

I am pretty good at listening, and I’m not your parent. You can talk honestly with me about the things that are probably pretty hard to talk about with others (like your friends or parents.) Together, we will sort out the issues you struggle with and find ways to help you feel supported. Life doesn’t have to feel so hard and you are not alone. I offer convenient online therapy sessions, so reach out today
